Frequently Asked Questions

  • We encourage guests to dress as they would for a special evening out. Our dining experience is designed to feel like a special occasion—whether it’s a date night or a celebration. While formalwear isn't required, we do ask that you leave the flip-flops and gym gear at home.

  • Please email reservations@charlie-trotters.com if you are running late. Please note that arriving more than fifteen minutes late may result in missing part of your dining experience.

  • Absolutely—with advance notice. Our chefs are happy to create thoughtful alternatives whenever possible. Due to the nature of our kitchen and the intricacy of our menus, we are able to accommodate mild allergies with advance notice. Please share any allergies or dietary needs no later than 48 hours prior to your reservation, and we’ll do our very best to accommodate.

However, please be aware that we do not operate in a nut-, gluten-, or allergen-free environment.

Additionally, while we work closely with trusted purveyors, we cannot guarantee that ingredients have not come into contact with allergens during sourcing, packing, or distribution. For this reason, we regret that we are unable to accommodate guests whose allergies may be triggered by cross-contamination.

  • Reservations can be made via OpenTable. If you're planning a visit, we recommend booking early.

  • Not at this time. Each service is planned with intention and precision, and we want every guest to have the experience they deserve—without rushing or improvising. Think of it less like dropping by and more like being invited to a very special dinner party.
